John Harkness is the owner and operator of GND Entertainment Properties Limited, where he operates the number one sports bar in Beijing, the Goose & Duck as well as the top recreational resort, the Goose & Duck Ranch. He is the founder of Beijing’s first hospitality benefit program, focusing on food & beverage and entertainment venues. John was previously corporate training manager for Walt Disney Company, based at Euro Disney Resort and has been with several leading international hotel brands including the Peninsula Group, Marriot, Hyatt and Sheraton. John is the General Secretary of the prestigious Union Internationale des Concierges d’Hotels (UICH) “Les Clefs d’Or” China.
