Patrick Fournier is a former ski racer and member of the Canadian Ski Counsel and Canadian Ski Patrol. Patrick has been involved in ski resort management for over 25 years spanning accross Canada, the United States, Korea and China. As resort manager, Patrick oversaw all aspects of management including planning, budgeting, risk management, marketing and sales, as well as operations.
Spent 10 years as a Project and Mountain Operations Manager for Intrawest Corp. north America’s leading resort developer, was responsible to ensure all proposed capital projects, business systems and practices were implemented and optimized in their various resorts such as Mountain Creek, Copper Mountain, Whistler/Blackcomb, Mont Tremblant, etc.
As Vice President of Mountain Operations for Melco China Resorts, Patrick was responsible for managing project plans, procurement, capital budgets, establishment of policies and procedures and mountain resort management and results.
Patrick is a graduate of Humber College in Toronto in the Ski Area Operations Diploma program.
