Operations Support
Hospitality Associates Asia’s operations team will provide:
- Food & beverage concepts for restaurants and bars, including menu direction and pricing, taking into full consideration the unique, individual characteristics of each restaurant and bar, and competitive venues
- Specific to ski and ice leisure projects, a comprehensive snow and ice management operational program, and structured maintenance program
- Arrangement of other services incidental to the preparation and organization of the hotel, resort or complex operations as may be required through the pre-opening phase to opening and operations for the first fiscal year
