Hospitality Associates Asia’s team of experienced hospitality and winter facility development and operations experts are well equipped to provide the Owner with the necessary input, insight and guidance to ensure that the project meets or exceeds international standards for design, function and operations.
We work with appointed contractors and specialists, representing the interests of the Owner and Operator to provide a complete review, commentary, feedback and recommendations. The technical team at Hospitality Associates Asia is able to provide construction supervision as well as project management services.
Design + Planning Assistance
At Hospitality Associates Asia, our experts work with the contractors and specialists on behalf of the Owner to provide:
- A full space requirement program based on the Owner’s requirements and budget
- Recommendations in relation to interior design concepts and furniture, fixtures and equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, communications systems, vertical transportation, fire protection, life safety and security
- An analysis of bids to ensure the selection of suppliers and equipment meet the requirements and standards sought at the best possible price
Construction Management Assistance
Throughout construction, equipping, furnishing and decorating, Hospitality Associates Asia project team act in the interest of the Owner to provide:
- Construction supervision & site management
- Lead construction review and vendor meetings
- Tender relevant construction packages
- Enforce safety standards
- Manage master schedule
- Track and monitor costs of construction change orders
- Delivery coordination
- Weekly reporting
Equipment and Furnishings
At Hospitality Associates Asia, we conduct a complete review of all FF&E proposed and provide our written recommendations to the Owner, as well as:
- Utilizing pre-existing relationships with suppliers to obtain the highest quality products at good value
- Issue tender packages
- Provide tender analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Monitor delivery and unpacking to ensure goods are well received, and in proper quantity
Environmental Consultation
Hospitality Associates Asia has a commitment to sustainable environmental design. We work with consulting engineers to provide:
- Advice on potential remediation of existing building operations and services to minimize energy use and improve environmental impact.
- Review of water and air pollution sources, water use reduction, waste disposal and recycling opportunities to improve health and safety of existing premises. Subject to site constraints, we provide fresh water technologies and waste treatment.
- Review of existing systems design to maximize air quality and suggest materials and finishes selections for volatiles, recycled content and minimum carbon footprint.
